We’ve quietly been sharing the future of DASH with those who’ve stepped inside our two beautiful showrooms, DASH Home Living and DASH Outdoor Living. But today, we’re opening the vision to everyone.
We are thrilled to reveal renderings for our owner and Creative Director, Cindy Ware’s, extraordinary dream for what DASH will become, a lasting legacy for our design community and for Northeast Florida (and beyond).
Over the next few years, DASH will grow into North Florida’s only design district: DASH Design Park. A place where elevated living, inspired design, and meaningful connection come together.
From curated shopping experiences and lushly landscaped walkways… 1–2 signature restaurants, a charming coffee shop + café, and our own interpretation of Tampa’s iconic Oxford Exchange Library, DASH Design Park will be a destination that blends culture, creativity, community, and hospitality in a way Jacksonville has never seen.
We’re also excited to share that internationally recognized brands in the design industry will be opening their own showrooms within DASH Design Park, bringing world-class talent and inspiration to our community.
This is more than expansion.
It’s an invitation to gather, to be inspired, and to experience design in a whole new way.
